Everything we sell is custom-made to order. Please check your design carefully before you order — spelling, colours, sizes and layout are printed exactly as you approve them. See our Refund Policy for details on returns and cancellations.

Care, Lifespan and Fading

Our graphics are printed on quality vinyl, but how long they last depends on how they are installed, used and looked after. Once your order leaves our premises we have no control over any of that, so we cannot accept responsibility for the care, condition or lifespan of prints after delivery.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage or deterioration caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, or fitting to a dirty, damp, rusty or unsuitable surface
  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme weather
  • Contact with chemicals, solvents, fuel, traffic film remover or harsh cleaning products
  • Jet washing or pressure washing, especially at close range or over the edges of the vinyl
  • Abrasion, scratching, or picking at edges
  • General wear and tear

Some colour fading over time is a natural characteristic of printed vinyl, particularly on vehicles kept in direct sunlight. It is not a defect.

Getting the Longest Life From Your Graphics

Wash by hand with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals and solvents. If you jet wash, keep the lance well back and never aim it at the edges of the vinyl. Where possible, park out of direct sunlight.

Problems With Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away at hello@fresh-print.com with your order number and photos, and we will put it right in line with our Refund Policy. Issues arising after installation, or from any of the causes listed above, are not covered.

How to Design

1️⃣ Upload Your Logo. Resize and duplicate it to look good on all sides of your van

2️⃣ Add any text, QR codes, or clipart you want. Use the edit panel to adapt each element to suit.

3️⃣ Once you are happy, click Add To Cart and buy your design.

4️⃣ You'll receive your new graphics in 2-5 business days, along with all the equipment and liquids you need for an easy install.
