These terms apply when you use fresh-print.com or shop.fresh-print.com (the "Site") or place an order with Fresh Print ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Custom-Made Products
Everything we sell is custom-made to order. Because of this, the legal 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply, and we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. See our Refund Policy for full details.
2. Your Design Is Your Responsibility
Our online designer lets you create your own graphics. We print exactly what you approve. Before you order, check spelling, phone numbers, colours, sizes and layout carefully. We are not responsible for errors in a design you have approved.
Van templates and previews are a visual guide only. You are responsible for confirming that the template you choose matches your vehicle's make, model, wheelbase and roof height before ordering, and for measuring your vehicle where sizes matter.
3. Content You Upload
You must own, or have permission to use, any logo, image or text you upload. You are solely responsible for the content of your design, and you agree to cover us against any claim that your design infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse to print any design at our discretion.
4. Colours
Colours on screen vary between devices and will never match printed vinyl exactly. Slight variation between the on-screen preview and the finished print is normal and is not a defect.
5. Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and take payment. If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Prices may change at any time; the price at the time you order is the price you pay.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away at hello@fresh-print.com with your order number and photos if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect.
7. Installation
Our graphics are supplied for self-installation and a free step-by-step install guide is included. Installation is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage caused during installation, for graphics applied to dirty, damp, rusty, repainted or otherwise unsuitable surfaces, or for any damage to paintwork or surfaces when graphics are removed.
8. Care, Lifespan and Fading
Once your order leaves our premises we have no control over how it is installed, stored, used or looked after, and we accept no responsibility for the care, condition or lifespan of prints after delivery. This includes fading from sunlight or weather, damage from chemicals, solvents, fuel or harsh cleaning products, jet washing, abrasion, incorrect installation, and general wear and tear. Some colour fading over time is a natural characteristic of printed vinyl and is not a defect. See our Print Care & Lifespan page for how to get the longest life from your graphics.
9. Your Vehicle, Insurance and the Law
You are responsible for making sure your graphics comply with the law — for example, not obscuring lights, number plates, windows or mirrors — and for meeting any conditions of your vehicle lease, hire or finance agreement. Adding graphics to a vehicle may need to be declared to your insurer; that is your responsibility, not ours.
10. Use of the Site
The Site and online designer are provided as they are. We do our best to keep everything accurate and working, but we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for loss caused by your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
11. Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier issues, courier failures, extreme weather, power or internet outages, or industrial action.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
