Important, Please Note:

TLDR; We profile-cut your design for free for easier installation. Lamination is an extra £40 but lasts for an extra 3-7 years. We print what you send, so measure your van to be sure the design will fit. Make sure you upload good enough quality images. Colours can vary from your screen to final print, and you get free 24-hour postage.

The Buying Process:

✅ Measure the first part of your van you want graphics on

✅ Type the width and height into the dimensions box (in centimetres)

✅ Then click "Design Now" to customise it.

✅ Find the colour of your van in "Edit Base Colour" on the left of the product customiser. Please select a colour as close to the colour of your van as there is available. This is only to allow you to see how the design will look on your own van and will not be printed.

✅ Upload your logo, add text and clipart etc., then scale each part and move them to fit your van template. You can move it around to ensure it looks just the way you want.

✅ Click each design object and check it's dimensions on the right-hand side. The design unit is automatically set to centimetres. Check it is correct by measuring it against your van to be positive it will fit.

✅ Design the other sides of your van by repeating the first steps.

✅ Once you have finished designing each side of your van, click the red "Add to Cart" button at the bottom.

✅ Choose your lamination preference.

✅ Click "Add to Cart" then complete the checkout process.

✅ Your new van graphics will be with you in 3-6 business days. Complete with an installation guide and all the tools you need.

 

Lamination Options

When you complete your design and click "Add to Cart" you will have the option to add lamination. 

No Lamination + £0

If you choose "None", the price will stay the same; we only recommend no lamination on graphics intended for short-term use, e.g., rental vans, or if you plan to sell your van within 1 year.

We produce your prints onto AiRelease® bubble-free matte finish vinyl, as this is the most popular without lamination. Please Note; Our vinyl is scratch-resistant to a reasonable extent, however, without lamination, it is subject to some level of scratching and marks through improper use and wear and tear. When installing unlaminated vinyl, please use the felt side of the applicator provided to ensure no installation marks occur.

Matte Lamination + £40

Matte finish lamination option is an extra £40 in total; this includes lamination for your full van design, and, unlike other printing companies, it is not £40 per side. Recommended for longevity up to 3-7 years (depending on care).

Gloss Lamination + £40

Gloss finish lamination option is an extra £40 in total; this includes lamination for your full van design, and, unlike other printing companies, it is not £40 per side. Recommended for longevity up to 3-7 years (depending on care).

 

We print whatever you design.

So please ensure the design is done to the correct size to fit your van. Please measure your van for confirmation. You will find the design dimensions on the right-hand side of the product customiser. It will show when you select an object.

 

Design Size

The product customiser dimensions ("width" and "height") of any selected object are shown on the right-hand side of the Product Customiser, you are in the Product Customiser after you click "Design Now".

The dimensions are shown in centimetres at 100% scale. When you are finished designing and complete the checkout process, we receive your design, then print it at 100%. So it is vital that you ensure any images you upload are good enough quality to be printed at the correct dimensions. We recommend checking your images are at least 300dpi at full scale, most clients are more than happy with that resolution

To find the actual size of any object in your design please follow these steps:

• Select object.
• Look to the right-hand side of the customiser for "width" and "height."
• They are automatically shown in centimetres (cm).
  
• To get the size in metres, divide each value by 100.
• You can change this to Inch or Feet by clicking "CM" on the top design bar (next to where it says "Size Unit" and selecting your preferred unit of measurement.
• Please measure it against your van to ensure it is exactly what you want.

 

Colour Rendering

The colours on your screen are in RGB format. Printers all print in CMYK format, so the colour may be slightly different in real life. If you need to buy a sample first to be sure, please contact us to arrange.

 

Profile Cutting

"Profile cutting is a process that uses a computer-controlled machine to cut materials into precise shapes and patterns."

Each object you design (design element) is printed and "profile cut" by us to make it easier for you to install. Most companies charge extra for this, but we include it free of charge.

If you would rather didn't profile cut your order so that your design arrives on straight-cut sheets of vinyl with a white background, please let us know by adding a note to your order at the bottom of the product customiser and either emailing or phoning us before or immediately after you place your order.

We use high-quality bubble-free monomeric vinyl for easy installation. This vinyl is for flat surfaces only and is not suitable for use around curves or with a heat gun. If you would like your design produced in a wrap vinyl, please contact us for a price before ordering.

 

Free postage and delivery times.

All products are produced to order in the UK by us and sent from our UK shop by us. We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size of your prints. If you prefer we use another provider, please just let us know.

We offer free delivery for orders over £60. It is only £5.99 for orders under £60.

Your order will be sent via 24-hour delivery. You will receive a tracking number once it is posted.
